The magician offers to take the audience "backstage" and show how an illusion works. Two large boxes that nest are shown empty. The audience thinks they are seeing the secret working of the trick from a backstage view. The ending is not what the audience suspects. A totally different person (MC, movie star, corp. president, etc.) is produced. This is a good illusion for you to play the role of the "Masked Magician" and patter about exposing magic secrets. On second thought, the less said about the Masked Traitor, the better. |
